Privacy Policy Last updated: March 21, 2026

Insulapack ("we," "us," or "our") operates insulapack.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or submit a project inquiry. We are committed to compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable US privacy regulations.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways. Information you provide directly — when you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) or project inquiry through our contact form, we collect your full name, company name, phone number, business email address, product of interest, and project details. Information collected automatically — when you visit insulapack.com, we automatically collect usage data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time spent on the site, device type, browser type, and approximate geographic location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your project inquiry or RFQ, provide product specifications and technical information relevant to your project, send an automated confirmation email acknowledging your inquiry, and analyze website traffic to improve our content and performance. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We collect and process your personal information on the basis of your consent (by submitting our contact form) and our legitimate business interest in responding to commercial inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

RFQ submissions are delivered to our team via email and may be logged in a secure internal system for follow-up tracking. We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months. Our website is hosted on Framer's infrastructure, which operates on secure, industry-standard servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Framer — our website platform processes form submissions and routes them to our inbox. Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns using anonymized cookie data. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google Workspace — inquiry emails are stored in our Google Workspace account subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies through Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Data Transfers

Insulapack is headquartered in Canada. Information submitted through our website may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to this transfer.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent at any time, and request deletion of your personal information. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
